Roger T. Mankus

Roger’s career in the options industry spans almost two decades and represents significant achievements in institutional and retail trading. In 1995 Roger joined E D & F Man International and has recently served as the Vice President and Manager of Man Securities Retail Trading Group. Prior to Man, Roger has worked for Morgan Stanley’s institutional bonds sales department covering corporations and Sears Savings Bank selling short-term money market securities to institutional customers. A trusted industry resource for many of the most well known industry educators and advisors, Roger is an invited lecturer at industry seminars, trade shows and investment groups on the topics of option trading strategies and exchange related issues.

Roger has a degree in Marketing and Finance, an MBA from Northeastern University, and is registered Series 7, 63, 55, 3, and 4.

Michael E. Lavelle

As a seasoned options professional with over 15 years in investment trading, Mike’s career has been committed to empowering average traders to improve their trading skills. In 1996, Mike took a position as Market Analyst with the Cincinnati Stock Exchange before moving to the CBOE as a Senior Investigator in the Department of Market Regulation. Here, Mike interpreted and enforced CBOE and SEC rules and regulations and assisted Exchange attorneys with respect to formal disciplinary proceedings. In 1998, he was promoted to Manager of the CBOE Investor Services Division where he managed a group of option specialists who responded to broker and investing public inquiries on matters such as complex option strategies, floor operations and systems, margins, and regulatory complaints. Most recently, Mike was VP of Customer Service for Man Securities Retail Trading Group.

Mike holds a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School; a Masters Degree in Economic Science; and a BBA in Finance and Marketing. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2001; is a NASD registered Series 7, 63, 4, 3, 55; and 65.

Edward P. Nesbitt

Ed’s trading career began in 1987 as a broker’s assistant in the corn options pit at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). He became a Member of the Mid-America Commodity Exchange in 1989 and remained focused on the agricultural futures and options market. In 1997, Ed moved to the equity side of the business as a Research Associate for The Goldstein Group. He joined Man Securities in 2000 and quickly ascended to Senior Account Executive. Today, Ed works with many of the Industry’s top educators and speakers on options trading strategies. Ed is highly experienced in the intricacies of options, order execution and strategy formulation. He is devoted to helping clients understand the mechanics and the risk/rewards of option trading. Ed has a BA in Political Science and is NASD registered Series 7, 63, 3 and 4.
